TEFL in Thailand

The positions we have to offer in Thailand do not require a degree but you will need a minimum of a TEFL England 100 hour course. Thai teachers make about 8,000 baht a month but you can expect to earn about 30,000 so you’ll be living comfortably with the freedom to travel and explore the country. You will probably be teaching at a secondary state school and you don’t need to worry about finding accommodation as the school or our partner company in Thailand will sort it out for you! Contracts last 10 months and working hours are between 8:00am and 3:30pm.
There are job opportunities all across Thailand from Chonburi to Saraburi and Nan to Nakorn Nayok so do some research to work out where in the country you find most appealing. Even a low wage will allow you to live comfortably as living costs are very low so eating out and going for a drink is affordable regularly. Thailand is a beautiful country and its regions are geographically diverse – you will likely be able to afford to travel most weekends so you have the opportunity to experience and discover all that Thailand has to offer such as some of the best beaches in the world!
