We are currently recruiting teachers for TEFL jobs in China starting at the end of May. The TEFL jobs available are in Liaoning and Shandong provinces, in the north-east coastal area of China. These are fascinating historical regions, with UNESCO World Heritage Sites such as the Mukden Palace and the Temple of Confucius at Qufu.
For this position, teachers need to be native speakers and have a passport from one of the following countries: US, UK, Ireland, Canada, South Africa, Australia or New Zealand. Interviews will be held in the UK, with a mutually suitable date and location to be arranged with a Regional Training Manager.
At the school, you would be teaching English all ages from kindergarten upwards. As such, the school is looking for teachers who are keen to motivate students and help them improve their lives and prospects through English. Support is offered to help you settle in and continue to develop as a teacher during your time in China. Coupled with a generous benefits package, this is an excellent opportunity to start teaching English in China.
Teaching English in China – Liaoning and Shandong
Contract: 12 months
Hours: 40 hours per week, including 22 contact teaching hours, administration, planning and preparation time
Salary: 6,000-8,000 RMB per month after tax
Accommodation: Free Accommodation with a private bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a colour TV in most cases.
Holidays: 10 days paid leave in addition to Chinese National Holidays
Visa: Sponsored Z working visa
Insurance: Health insurance provided
Other benefits: Flight allowance, Chinese lessons, arrival support, induction teacher training program, classroom based professional development
